Avv. Alessandro Di Paola is a bilingual Italian–Czech lawyer with extensive experience in civil law, family law, inheritance matters, civil litigation, and legal support for foreign nationals in Italy, particularly clients from the Czech Republic.

He is a Lecturer (Professore a contratto) in General and Health Legislation and Personal Data Protection (FZS / ILEG – 2024) at the University of Ostrava – Rome Campus, for the 2024–2026 academic cycle.

He is fluent in Italian, Czech, English, Russian, and German, and frequently participates as a speaker at legal conferences, especially at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Rome and the Bar Association of Rome.

He earned his Law degree from Roma Tre University (2014/2015) and graduated with honors in a second-level Master’s in European Private Law at Sapienza University of Rome (2017/2018), under the supervision of Prof. Guido Alpa, with a thesis on the “Coman” ruling by the European Court of Justice.
